My name is Tommesha Holt, an image-based artist from Irvine, CA currently based in Brooklyn, NY. I create work inspired by memory and how personal history and shared stories may alter the perception of an image. My topics are often rooted in racialized and gendered experiences ranging from excitement to worries, celebration, and tragedy.
